As each cup is handmade and personalised to your pet, we do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations once your order has been started.
Please make sure all names, custom text, design choices, and pet photos are correct before placing your order.
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement where appropriate.
We want every customer to be happy with their custom cup, so please message us if there is a problem with your order.
