All Pawtrait Cups are handmade and personalised, so please allow 10–15 days for your order to be made and delivered.

Once your order has been placed, we will begin creating your custom cup using the pet photos, names, and design choices provided.

You will receive a confirmation email after ordering, and tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure your delivery address and custom details are correct before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once your cup has started being made.
